Monitoring a VPS server is a hard process. You either have to do the job all by yourself , in other words dedicate your valuable time to watching over your server, or, alternatively, you have to find a third–party tool whose sole mission will be to watch over your VPS. And this is exactly where our Managed Services deal can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom–made server monitoring system, which will monitor all the basic tasks. And in the event of any service trouble, our server admins will be alerted instantaneously and they will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your data is really important – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with the Managed Services option, you will enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies are stored on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. Thus your content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. But, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional setup on your part. That’s where our Managed Services deal can come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you will be able to literally hire one of our skilled server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software program whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
